This is a simple video with various shots highlighting the North Country Trail in the Allegheny National Forest. The week of July 30 – August 3rd I took a group of teens from Henry Mills to Dunham Siding with a loop around the Minister Creek trail. If you look through my other videos, you can see what much of this stretch looked like back in March when my buddy Russ and I hiked this section.

This is an awesome stretch of trail and I highly recommend it to anyone who’d like to hike in this area of the country.

  1. Hi David, great video. May I ask what resources you used to find trails to hike, trail head, parking area, etc.? Thanks in advance. God bless!

  2. I also have some vids on the nct but mine are up in NY in the Allegany State Park

  3. I sure hope so! Anything to get them away from a screen for a week 🙂

  4. It's really heart-warming to see & hear the kids discover everything out there. I'm sure it's was a journey they won't be forgetting anytime soon. 🙂

  5. @ericlyna The weather was awesome! The first night we heard a bunch of lightning very close, but it passed right over us. Otherwise it was in the low to mid 80s in the day and got down to the mid to low 50s at night.

  6. Thanks for posting, David. Looks like an awesome time! What was the weather like?
