  1. You can go to ShepherdSurvives website, it has the best handbooks and ready instructions.

  2. dont u guys know how to sharp knifes with rocks iit is sooo easy man

  3. pretty nice, I would like to see a scharade 14 vs Mora review

  4. Metal gear solid v the phantom pain big boss knife is same who copy who ?

  5. have you ever reviews any mora knives? I'm interested to see if their quality is as good as people say for the low price. it would be cool to see a review from you for those

  6. can u do a CRKT K.I.S.S Review it Looks like it might be Interesting… :D

  7. So out of all the knives that you've reviewed, I like this one based on everything you've said…But what is your personal favorite, all around knife that can be used in multiple situations?

  8. cianob

When will the msk be released?

  9. jlen82

Dave, could you do a video on the Pro Tool Camping knife? It is made in your your/ our home State of PA. Same maker of the Woodmans Pal. I'm interested in purchasing the knife but would like to see a video on it. There is not much on YouTube for it.

  10. Bushcraft Knife under 50$ should be bought from Condor…A Condor Hudson Bay or a Condor Moonshiners Knife are much better Woodsman Blades and they are under 50 Bucks too..mae from 1075 Carbon Spring Steel tempered to 58 hr-c …Oh and it comes with a thick real leather hand made sheath…nothing from Schrade can compete with that…

  11. Can you make a video on your favorite fixed blade and folding knife?

  12. Could you review some urban defense gear in the future? Maybe something you would use for self defense, if so it would be very helpful.

  13. 556

Would you recommend the schf42 over the schf9 for a first knife? I kind of like the size of the 9 but the size of the 42 seems a little more practical but im still having a hard time deciding which one to get.

  14. For the guys who don't like the recurve: they are working on a version with a ''normal'' blade, might be called the SCHF42B. Will be very much like the Ka-bar becker bk16

  15. Zach

I'm looking for my first survival knife, the most expensive I'd wanna go is about 100$. What knife would you recommend for the price?

  16. Hey, David (+Ultimate Survival Tips), great video, as always. Have you ever made video reviews of Morakniv  (Mora of Sweden) knives? What's your opinion on Morakniv knives, in general?

  17. $48 on Amazon.com and $138 + $34 shipping on Amazon.ca….wow….

  18. Are you planning on doing a review of the Gerber Strongarm? I am interested in seeing what you think about it?

  19. What would be the best steel for a survival knife

  20. David. I rarely post comments but here goes. I have been practicing bushcraft/survival most of my life. I enjoy 4×4's, camping, hiking, hunting, fishing and just plain ol' roughing it. I find your video's very informative & well done. I don't waste my time watching TV but I do watch youtube vids such as yours & MCQBushcraft. Always great to be able to learn something new. Your gear reviews are spot on too.  Charlie Mike.

hi, i'm thinking about getting this knife but i'm worried about that this knife will rust so will rusting be a problem even with the black coating? i probably won't use it much, prob about once every month or 2 when i go camping so how often do i have to maintain it to prevent it from rusting and how do you maintain your knives. Also, which schrade knife is your personnal favourite and which knife would you recommend for people starting out??
    Please reply
… third time i posted this comment PLEASE REPLYYYYYYYYYY

  22. Great vid as always – the 42 has been on my want list – but what is this MSK1..?? That looks like a BEAST! More INFO please – release date – when? 🙂 :-)

  28. I got that exact sharpening stone at 1:25. I have a coldsteel trailmaster. And i cant seem to get it sharp. All my other knifes have been going great on that stone. Do i just have to keep at it? Im matching the angle. And im putting an edge but it just doesnt seem sharpe enough. Any help?

  29. Fabio

Do you think a small hatchet is better for a camping/ hiking trip in the mountains? The hatchet I'm looking for is the fiskas x5.

  30. Hi Dave what do you think about the Gerber strong arm I was thinking about getting one I've heard some good things have you personally review the Gerber strongarm?

  31. I've been a fan of saves for a long time and me and my freind have been geting in to peeping and we go camping all the time but I don't have a good fixed blade knife could you recommend me something that's good and under 50 $ please

  32. I really do like the strong arm but I can't afford it I need a job and I'm only 14

  33. Hey, what knife would you recommend for a firefighter or EMT?

  34. I don't think that the full flat grind would be good for bushcraft as i find it doesn't bite very deep especially compared to a scandi, though the sheath is really nice and i wish more survival and bushcraft knives came with that kind of sheath.

  35. how does this knife stand out against the SCHF10?

  36. Glad to see more fixed blade knife vids! I like the sheath! Can't wait to see the other reviews! Is that last one a design of yours?
