An overview of some smartphone accessories that may have a function in emergency preparedness and survival, they range from EDC practicool to the eccentrically tacticool! Hopefully you can incorporate one of these items into your system.

  1. is there a way you can post links to some of these please.

  2. Only issue I have with phones/computers for SHTF is the chance of it being tracked. I know this is for survival purposes, but when S does HTF, I'm leaving all phones/computers/gps' at home.

  3. CP, you may be interested in a Nano USB from ( no affiliation ) Anderson power poles are handy for comms gear. Thanks for the video, a lot of food for thought.

  4. You could be tracked down through cellphones by drones ect

  5. The Globalists will inform us mid-Sept. 2015 that there is a meteor/asteroid approaching USA & they must use Nuclear Weapons to minimize damage. Yet the asteroid/meteor story is a complete lie! Nuclear weapons will trigger a massive tsunami on the East and West Coast, which will be 100% man made. The event is a False Flag to cover-up the corruption of the financial collapse and to usher in Martial Law. Once everyone's homes are destroyed they will push the population into FEMA Camps. Like Hotel California: you can never leave and the food is poisoned.

  6. Sweet Video!

Check out my channel it's not much but it's something!

  7. Great vid …ever you ever tried my trails for a gps …I like it you can download maps so you dont need to have you data running

  8. is that Navigation app a one time purchase or a subscription?

  9. So many fun ways to spend your money 🙂
Really good viedo with a fun style. I just subscribed I am suprised it took me so long to find your channel. I follow survival tech nord he has gives you a few shout outs in his channel

  10. Jaggernaut case is something I had not seen before. I would buy one, but they do not seem to make any case for Apple Phones ? Can I get one for an I-6 ?

  11. Kanzee

@Canadian Prepper which exercise program would you recommend for prepping … some examples are Crossfit exercise / Weight lifting / Isometrics / Martial Arts / Aerobic/Endurance/ Strength / Flexibility..??

  12. thanks for heads up on the Backcountry android application.  much cheaper than a handheld GPS device  (o:

  13. Great info and channel… Just subbed !!!

  14. isn't night vision illegal in Canada

  15. Jason D

Dude, you didnt mention the thermo-electric generator options, like the PowerPot. Camp pot that charges your usb devices. Lots of options there. Get the PowerPot X if you can. Bit heavy but guarantees all devices charge and has more volume for water.. Something you have to keep in there! But a larger pot is easier to tend, in general.

  16. Thanks for the great video's, … prepper video's showing their chickens & testing MRE's across the board are really getting quite stale.

  17. Dang it.  I just made an impulsive online order.  I had to pause this video and order the Joby Gorilla Tripod with magnetic feet (Joby Gorillapod Magnetic).  It was only $18.50 USD with free shipping.  I think that's $6 cheaper than my local FRY's.  My son makes stop motion videos and has a couple of bad tripods.  So, hope this is a good one.

  18. How should a person go about developing a prepper network? When I talk about prepping people look at me like I have 3 eyes. I know this has nothing to do with your video (which was great!) But I'm interested on your take on building a prepper support network.

  19. Are you Canadian? +CanadianPrepper

  20. I have an I phone and I hate it
    I miss my Android !
I always have my phone so I agree
It can be a valuable survival gear item.

  21. Wow am I behind on the technology, and here i thought i was Mr. Tec guy. I do have the ihome speaker lol. It's fantastic.
I have a 10" android tablet, higher end one, that I have put up in a Faraday. I also have several memory cards with tons of information on it, including entertainment. Along with solar chargers I feel this is far better for space, weight etc vs books.
However, I am starting to see the plus side to having a 5" phone in my bug out bag also. There are a few manufacturers coming out with ruggedized versions that may be worth looking into at a premium price. Also looking into a small laptop in a special pelican case.
Thanks again bro, great info I will definitely check out.

  22. Once again a very well thought out video. I knew about some of these products but damn. I had no idea how much I didn't know! Thanks for the info!
